All of Velcon’s diesel and biodiesel filtration products are tested at our state of the art facility to each industries’ most stringent criteria, assuring premier products are available to all. At Velcon, we stand behind our products, as we continue to seek solutions to ensure quality fuel whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Media Migration Test
- Effluent filtration media migration test to assure product cleanliness
Solids and Water Test - Environmental Conditions
- Retention testing in single pass mode with a slurry combination of both solids and water
- Cartridge capacity is measured at terminal pressure
Spin-on Seal Test
- Maximum product seal pressure
Emulsified Water Coalescing Test
- Water injected before system pump
- Testing to assure a product affectivity to remove emulsified water from diesel fluids
Coarse Water Coalescing Test
- Water injected after system pump
- Testing to assure a product affectivity to remove bulk water from diesel fluids
